AskMore is designed to work with The Coaching Habit, an innovative, award-winning program that teaches managers and leaders to coach in ten minutes or less. The app focuses on the central behavior change needed to coach more effectively: asking more questions. Instead of relying on the old command and control approach where the manager has all the answers, AskMore reminds managers to do just that.
